RETURN POLICY
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions and a return shipping label. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care and beauty items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items
- Gift cards

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is approved.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS (EU CUSTOMERS)
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
Items must be returned in original condition: unused, unworn, with tags, and original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
