PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

TWNSX CO. is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order.

All charges imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.


INCORRECT ADDRESS

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue.
